MEP Engineer

About the Role

Manage and supervise all MEP works on high-rise construction sites in Colombo. BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all MEP works on site
• Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and finishing teams
• Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, handover, and project documentation

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent
• Proven experience managing MEP works in building construction projects
• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, ELV, and Building Services systems
