About the Role

HR Operations management role at a leading Sri Lankan home appliance company, overseeing HR processes in a manufacturing and service environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing/service environment
• Manage employee relations and grievance handling
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Administer payroll and statutory contributions (EPF/ETF)

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in HRM
• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour legislation
