Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing/service environment
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer payroll and statutory contributions (EPF/ETF)
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in HRM
- 3+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour legislation
