About the Role

Full-time Assistant Lecturer in English Language Teaching at ESOFT Metro Campus Batticaloa, delivering language modules and student mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lectures, tutorials, and assessments for English language modules
• Monitor student academic progress and maintain accurate records
• Provide mentoring and academic guidance to learners
• Facilitate workshops and student-centred activities
• Collaborate with academic staff on curriculum and teaching improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, English Language Teaching, Linguistics, or related field
• Master's degree is an added advantage
• Prior teaching or academic coordination experience is advantageous
• Fluent spoken and written English proficiency
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
