About the Role
Own end-to-end subscription renewals for an assigned global portfolio, proactively engaging customers and identifying revenue expansion opportunities while working US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end subscription renewal processes across assigned portfolio
- Engage proactively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain regular engagement cadence with account portfolio
- Identify and communicate churn risks early
- Lead commercial and contractual discussions
- Build relationships with economic buyers and procurement teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong experience in subscription renewals or account management
- Familiarity with SaaS and subscription business models
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working US business hours
