Responsibilities

• Support production planning and coordination
• Conduct time and method studies
• Monitor production efficiency metrics

• Identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports

Requirements

• Following or completed a degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations Management
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Willingness to learn factory systems
• Prior manufacturing internship experience (advantageous)
