About the Role

Graduate trainee program to develop retail leadership skills across Cargills Food City supermarket outlets in the Colombo District.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail operations at Food City outlets
• Support retail leadership and customer service functions
• Learn and implement store management practices

Requirements

• University degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Management, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Arts
• Fair knowledge of English with flair for public relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Age below 28 years
