Engineering Executive / Maintenance Engineer

About the Role

Manage factory maintenance operations and drive equipment reliability improvements at a dairy and cheese manufacturing plant, ensuring GMP and HACCP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Resolve mechanical, electrical, and PLC system problems
• Oversee factory utilities and refrigeration systems
• Champion continuous improvement efforts to reduce equipment downtime
• Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of factory maintenance or manufacturing engineering experience
• Technical expertise in industrial machinery, utilities, and preventive maintenance
• Food, dairy, or FMCG industry background preferred
