Management role overseeing all maintenance operations in Jaffna, leading engineering teams in preventive and corrective maintenance activities with full OSHA/ISO compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations across the organisation
• Lead engineering teams in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ensure adherence to OSHA/ISO safety standards
• Plan and manage maintenance budgets
• Coordinate facility operations and utilities

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance management
• Demonstrated leadership in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Facility management expertise
