About the Role

Manage credit appraisal, analysis, and disbursement at the Kuliyapitiya branch in North Western Province, supporting agriculture-sector customers and regional business growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process credit applications from retail and SME customers
• Conduct financial and risk analysis of borrowers
• Manage and grow the credit portfolio at branch level
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in banking with at least 3 years in a credit-related role
• Qualifications in Banking or Credit Management preferred
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
