Risk Analyst

About the Role

Identify, analyse, and monitor financial and operational risks at UB Finance, supporting the development of risk management frameworks and contributing to regulatory reporting and risk mitigation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess financial, credit, operational, and market risks
• Develop risk models, dashboards, and management reports
• Monitor key risk indicators and escalate emerging risks to management
• Support regulatory compliance and risk reporting to CBSL
• Contribute to risk policy development and review

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• Experience in risk analysis or financial services environment preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
• Good communication skills for report writing and stakeholder engagement
