About the Role
Drive SaaS sales for a cloud HR platform — prospect new clients, conduct product demos, manage the full sales cycle, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets through new customer acquisition
- Identify business opportunities via prospecting and networking
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain long-term client relationships with decision-makers
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management
- SaaS, HR software, or ERP sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
