About the Role

Lead daily operations of a luxury jewelry showroom, overseeing high-value inventory, managing a customer-facing team, handling custom orders and after-sales service, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and customer experience
• Lead and supervise staff to achieve sales targets
• Manage high-value inventory and stock replenishment
• Handle inquiries, custom orders, and after-sales service
• Maintain visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• 3-5 years in retail, luxury retail, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Fluency in Sinhala and English
