Responsibilities
- Assist Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
- Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance
- Support menu planning and ingredient sourcing
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize waste
Requirements
- Proven sous chef or senior chef experience in a hotel kitchen
- Strong culinary skills across multiple cuisine types
- Demonstrated leadership and staff management abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
