SLIATE 2026 Recruitment Scheme for academic positions across its island-wide Advanced Technological Institutes. Monthly salary: Lecturer LKR 91,650–168,200; Senior Lecturer LKR 133,220–169,220; Demonstrator LKR 64,320–113,170.
Responsibilities
- Conduct lectures and practical sessions
- Evaluate students and assignments
- Engage in academic and research development
- Provide student supervision and guidance
Requirements
- Degree in relevant field (IT, Engineering, Management, etc.)
- Postgraduate/Master's for Lecturer and Senior Lecturer
- PhD for higher-grade Senior Lecturer positions
- NVQ/Diploma acceptable for Demonstrator roles
