About the Role

Combined academic coordination and assistant lecturer role for the Counselling and Applied Psychology programme at ESOFT Metro Campus, Kurunegala.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Counselling and Applied Psychology programme ensuring academic quality and compliance
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and practical sessions
• Develop and review curriculum and course materials
• Mentor students and monitor academic progress
• Liaise with stakeholders and industry partners
• Maintain programme documentation and quality assurance records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field
• Master's degree considered an advantage
• Prior teaching or program coordination experience
• Industry experience in counselling or applied psychology
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
