About the Role

Supervise and manage factory production operations during assigned shift at the Padukka electrical manufacturing facility, ensuring output targets, quality standards, and team efficiency are maintained. Closing: July 30, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Supervise factory floor operations during the assigned shift
• Monitor machine operations and production processes
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for prompt equipment issue resolution
• Manage, guide, and motivate production operators and floor staff
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Willingness to work rotating shift schedule
• Supervisory and team leadership skills
