About the Role

Provide garment technology expertise covering construction evaluation, fit assessment, and technical specification management for women's woven export apparel at Dehiwala headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate garment construction and fit to buyer and brand standards
• Review and interpret technical specification packs from international buyers
• Coordinate the sample approval process with buyers and buying offices
• Provide technical guidance to production and sampling teams

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Garment Technology, Textile Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in garment technology
• Knowledge of women's woven garment construction and international quality standards
