Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

Undertake pre-contract quantity surveying, cost management, and contract administration for construction projects, with preference for candidates with overseas project experience and CostX proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-contract stage quantity surveying work
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities
• Administer construction contracts and handle variations
• Support dispute resolution processes
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Substantial pre-contract stage work experience
• Foreign project exposure or overseas work experience (preferred)
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Software proficiency, ideally CostX
