Quantity Surveyor (Aluminium & Interior)

About the Role

Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimations for aluminium, steel fabrication, and interior fit-out projects across multiple concurrent sites in the Colombo region.

Responsibilities

• Perform material take-offs for aluminium, steel, ceiling, cladding, and partition works
• Prepare cost estimations and project budgets
• Manage multiple concurrent project assignments
• Interpret detailed technical drawings
• Coordinate with project and site teams

Requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying, HND, or equivalent qualification
• 2-3 years experience in aluminium/steel fabrication or interior designing
• Proficiency with ceiling, cladding, and partition work calculations
• Fluent English with strong negotiation and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail in cost estimations
