Senior Manager / Manager – Compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's compliance management framework
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure company-wide adherence
• Oversee AML/KYC programmes, controls, and reporting
• Liaise with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and other regulatory bodies
• Train and advise staff on compliance obligations and best practices
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and returns on schedule

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional qualification (LLB, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs in financial services
• Strong knowledge of CBSL regulations and Finance Companies Act
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
