About the Role

Customer relations management role at Siyapatha Finance PLC's Borella head office, responsible for service quality, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction across the branch network.

Responsibilities

Manage customer queries, complaints, and resolution processes end-to-end
Develop and implement customer service standards and policies
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify improvement areas
Lead, coach, and train the customer relations team
Coordinate with branch network on customer service matters
Ensure prompt and professional response to all customer feedback

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years experience in customer service or relationship management within financial services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven team leadership and people management experience
Computer literacy; CRM software experience is an advantage
