Wealth Planning Manager

About the Role

Wealth planning and financial advisory role at AIA Insurance Lanka in the Negombo/Gampaha area. Salary LKR 100,000–350,000/month with international tours, vehicle loans, and merit-based promotion. Applications close 14 September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide wealth planning and financial advisory services to individual clients
• Acquire new clients and grow the policy and investment portfolio
• Assess client financial needs and recommend suitable insurance and investment products
• Meet premium collection and new business development targets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Service existing policies, handle renewals, and resolve client queries

Requirements

• Minimum G.C.E. Ordinary Level qualification
• Minimum 1 year experience in banking, life insurance, a financial organisation, or a CSE brokering firm
• Background from a CSE brokering firm is preferred
• Must reside in or near Negombo, Gampaha, or surrounding Colombo areas
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
