About the Role
Drive sales growth and manage operational aspects of the sales function, supporting the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the sales team to achieve targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation
Requirements
- 3+ years in a sales role with team management exposure
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in digital marketing or technology sales preferred
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
