About the Role

Develop and manage garment patterns, grading, and technical specifications for apparel production.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop garment patterns based on design specifications
• Interpret technical sketches and coordinate with sample and production teams
• Ensure accurate fitting, size grading, and quality standards
• Support sample development and resolve fit issues
• Maintain technical documentation and pattern records

Requirements

• Textile or Apparel Technology qualifications preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in garment pattern making
