About the Role

Join a leading QS consultancy in Moratuwa for pre-contract work: taking off quantities from design drawings, preparing Bills of Quantities and cost plans, and producing tender documentation for international projects.

Responsibilities

• Take off quantities from design drawings
• Generate reports
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost plans
• Perform QA/QC checks
• Prepare tender documents
• Provide progress updates

Requirements

• University degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or Construction Management
• Minimum 3-6 years experience in Pre-Contract QS work
• Experience on Middle East, UK, Australia, Singapore, or New Zealand projects preferred
