About the Role

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various wards and units at one of Sri Lanka's leading private hospital groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to patients in assigned wards or units
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor, assess, and document patient vital signs and clinical conditions
• Collaborate effectively with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Degree (NVQ Level 6 / General Nursing / equivalent)
• SLMC or NLSC registration preferred
• Ability to work rotating shift schedules
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
