Customer Relationship Officers

About the Role

Cargills Bank is looking for Customer Relationship Officers to manage and grow customer relationships across multiple branch locations, promote banking products, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with banking customers
• Promote and cross-sell banking products including deposits, loans, and cards
• Achieve set sales targets for assigned products
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 passes in G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
• Bachelor's degree advantageous
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
• Sales-oriented mindset and customer-centric approach
• Basic computer literacy
