About the Role

SDB Bank is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join their growing team as Trainee Banking Associates across 94 branches islandwide. Closing date: July 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality banking services to customers at branch level
• Handle routine banking transactions including deposits and withdrawals
• Support branch operations and administrative tasks
• Learn and apply SDB Bank's banking systems and procedures

Requirements

• GCE Advanced Level (A/L) qualification - minimum 3 passes
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and/or Tamil and English
• Basic computer literacy
• Willingness to be posted anywhere islandwide
