About the Role
SDB Bank seeks an Executive for Branch Recoveries to manage and control the loan NPL portfolio of assigned regions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor new loans transferred to the non-performing loan (NPL) category
- Coordinate with regional recovery coordinators to drive performance
- Maintain and update NPL portfolio records and recovery reports
- Ensure strict compliance with recovery policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years at Junior Executive grade
- Minimum 4 years total banking or financial sector experience
- Prior debt recovery experience is preferred
