Relationship Manager - Bancassurance

About the Role

Union Assurance PLC is seeking Relationship Managers for their Bancassurance division island-wide to sell life insurance products through bank partner branches.

Responsibilities

• Assess financial, investment, and life insurance needs of potential customers
• Sell Union Assurance insurance products through assigned bank partner branches
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain and develop business relationships with bank staff and customers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 passes in G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
• Good command of English and Sinhala
• Flair for sales with a positive and proactive attitude
• Highly ambitious and self-motivated
