About the Role

DFCC Bank is seeking an Officer In Charge for their Bibile Branch to manage all branch activities, ensure service quality, oversee credit, collections, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch banking operations and staff
• Drive branch business targets for loans, deposits, and fee income
• Oversee credit appraisal, disbursement, and recovery functions
• Ensure compliance with CBSL guidelines and bank policies
• Handle customer escalations and relationship management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years banking experience including branch management or credit
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Willingness to be posted at Bibile Branch
