About the Role

Property Development Limited seeks a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) and Deputy Maintenance Engineer to manage electrical systems and overall building maintenance for commercial properties in Colombo 1.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical systems maintenance for commercial buildings
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Supervise technicians and maintenance staff
• Coordinate with tenants and management on maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations
• Manage maintenance budgets and procurement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance (electrical)
• Knowledge of building electrical systems, generators, UPS, and HVAC
• Strong supervisory and coordination skills
