About the Role

Wild Coast Tented Lodge seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations at their ultra-luxury tented camp in Yala. The role demands delivering world-class, innovative dining experiences that complement the exclusive luxury safari environment.

Responsibilities

Manage all food and beverage operations across the lodge
Lead, train and develop the F&B team
Curate exceptional dining experiences aligned with ultra-luxury brand values
Manage F&B inventory, budgets and cost controls
Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning and innovation
Maintain the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction

Requirements

Proven F&B management experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury resort, camp or boutique hotel
Strong leadership and guest relations skills
Passion for exceptional, creative hospitality
