About the Role

Jetwing Beach in Negombo seeks a Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee all restaurant and bar operations and maintain the property's high standards of luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations at Jetwing Beach
• Lead and develop the front-of-house F&B team
• Maintain Jetwing's service quality and hospitality standards
• Handle guest relations and ensure exceptional dining experiences
• Coordinate with kitchen team and bar staff
• Oversee stock, inventory and cost management

Requirements

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager in a hotel or resort
• Strong hospitality and team leadership skills
