About the Role

SRI VIHAR restaurant chain seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee floor and kitchen operations, maintain food quality, manage staff, and deliver excellent customer service across their Colombo locations. Accommodation and meals provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant floor and kitchen operations
• Maintain food quality and service standards
• Manage kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Resolve customer issues professionally
• Report to senior management on performance and operations
• Work extended and late hours as required by business needs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in restaurant or kitchen management
• Diploma level education
• Trilingual proficiency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil
• Computer literacy
• POS system knowledge preferred
