About the Role

Upali's by Nawaloka, one of Colombo's most iconic Sri Lankan restaurants, is hiring a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Restaurant Supervisor to lead and oversee dining operations and deliver authentic Sri Lankan hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant floor operations and service delivery
• Lead, train and supervise front-of-house staff
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and resolve complaints
• Oversee operational efficiency and quality standards
• Coordinate with kitchen team to maintain service flow

Requirements

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for Sri Lankan cuisine and hospitality
