Manager – Business Development, Consulting (VCA)

About the Role

Drive pipeline development and sell Visa Consulting and Analytics services to key clients in Sri Lanka, building proposals, leading pitches, negotiating contracts, and partnering with delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop business pipeline with specific key accounts
• Understand client problems and develop tailored proposals
• Lead pitches and manage price negotiations
• Partner with VCA delivery teams to ensure project quality
• Build long-term client relationships in the payments sector

Requirements

• Post-graduate management degree
• 5+ years experience with strong understanding of payments
• Banking, financial services, or payments sector background
• Executive stakeholder management capabilities
