About the Role
Lead day-to-day operations of one of Sri Lanka's premier watch showrooms, driving team performance and achieving monthly and annual sales targets across multiple branch locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily showroom operations
- Supervise and motivate the sales team
- Drive and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage stock and coordinate with suppliers
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O/L qualification
- Minimum 1 year in retail or showroom management
- Leadership and communication skills
- Sales and customer-service oriented
