Assistant – Merchandiser – Bulk

About the Role

Support the bulk merchandising and supply chain process at MAS Holdings' Rathmalana facility, ensuring timely raw material procurement and on-time delivery of garments to buyers.

Responsibilities

• Support bulk order execution and track raw material delivery timelines
• Coordinate with internal production teams and external material suppliers
• Communicate with buyers regarding order updates and delivery schedules
• Prepare status reports and highlight risks in the supply chain

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed diploma; 2nd- or 3rd-year undergraduate in Marketing, Textile, or Business Management (Merchandising qualification preferred)
• Basic knowledge of bulk order merchandising or supply chain
• Good English communication and MS Office skills
