About the Role

Produce viral short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, handling scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Identify trending content and viral hooks daily
• Handle full production cycle: scripting, filming, editing, and publishing
• Test various content formats and optimize based on engagement metrics
• Collaborate with the team on overall content strategy

Requirements

• Fluent English (speaking and writing)
• Deep understanding of viral content mechanics on TikTok and Instagram
• Creative storytelling ability
• Basic video editing proficiency (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut)
• On-camera comfort and self-motivation
