Junior Executive – Global Shared Services

About the Role

Process shipment documentation, manage CargoWise job creation, and handle accounts receivable/payable in a shift-based logistics shared services centre.

Responsibilities

• Process shipment pre-alerts and create jobs in CargoWise
• Manage documentation (bills of lading, invoices)
• Handle accounts receivable and payable activities
• Prepare regulatory filings
• Resolve operational queries
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and trade regulations

Requirements

• Partially or fully completed Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2-3 years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Advanced analytical and attention-to-detail capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication proficiency
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• CargoWise experience preferred
