About the Role

Manage end-of-line testing, tool and equipment maintenance, manpower allocation, and quality root cause analysis for automotive manufacturing operations in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-of-line testing for manufactured products
• Maintain tool stock and upkeep equipment
• Service and maintain electrical systems and panelboards
• Manage manpower allocation and process optimization
• Perform root cause analysis for quality issues

Requirements

• Advanced Level (A-Levels) in Mathematics Stream
• B.Sc / HND / NDT / TTI qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Manufacturing
• Knowledge of automobile aspects
• High aptitude and strong soft skills
• Proficient English communication
