Head of Quality & Production – Intimate Apparel

About the Role

Serve as Bodily's quality authority in Sri Lanka, conducting factory floor inspections, producing photo-documented quality reports for the US team, and coordinating production between the brand and Sri Lankan factories.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and post-production quality inspections at factory
• Identify issues with stitch tension, thread tension, elastic application, and garment construction
• Produce photo-documented quality reports for the US-based team
• Review tech packs and recommend design/construction improvements
• Lead corrective action recommendations for recurring defects
• Coordinate communication between US team and Sri Lankan manufacturing partners

Requirements

• 10-15 years hands-on intimate apparel production and quality management
• Deep technical expertise in bralettes and underwear categories
• Knowledge of stitch types, thread tension, elastic attachment, and fabric behavior
• Fluent written English for daily US team communication
• Availability to overlap with US East Coast business hours
• Self-directed, proactive problem-solving approach
