Responsibilities

• Bills of Quantities preparation
• Quantity take-offs from structural drawings
• Cost estimation and material scheduling
• Work valuation and cost control
• Team coordination across structural and engineering domains

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimating software
• Ability to interpret structural and steel system drawings
