AI & Legal Operations Specialist – IFS Ultimo

About the Role

Lead the Legal function's digital transformation through management of AI-powered legal tools, Contract IQ databases, and cross-functional operational process standardization at IFS Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI-enabled legal databases and Contract IQ tools
• Curate and validate AI training data for legal automation systems
• Define and standardize legal operations processes
• Act as liaison between Legal, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• Provide technical troubleshooting and operational documentation
• Optimize legal technology platforms for efficiency
• Enable automation in document review, risk triage, and contract analysis

Requirements

• 2+ years in operations or business support roles
• University degree or comparable professional experience
• Fluent English
• Systems-oriented analytical mindset
• Experience with AI-enabled legal tools preferred
• Understanding of contract workflows preferred
