Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client contact with proactive communication
- Gather requirements and refine project scope
- Coordinate end-to-end project documentation
- Present deliverables at milestones
- Manage scope changes diplomatically
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 1-2 years business analysis or client-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Nice-to-have: Agile/Scrum, CBAP/CCBA/ECBA/PMI-PBA certifications, ClickUp
