About the Role

Lead strategy and management of liability products including fixed deposits and savings for Softlogic Finance PLC, driving deposit mobilization across the branch network.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of the liability product portfolio
• Drive fixed deposit and savings product strategy and pricing
• Achieve deposit mobilization targets across branch network
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
• Ensure CBSL compliance on deposit products

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Banking, or related field
• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, IBSL, or equivalent)
• Significant experience in financial services, particularly liability/deposit products
• Proven track record in product management and team leadership
