About the Role

Manage information security posture of Softlogic Finance PLC, ensuring protection of financial data and compliance with CBSL cybersecurity directives.

Responsibilities

• Manage information security policies, procedures, and standards
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits
• Ensure compliance with CBSL cybersecurity directives
• Monitor security threats and manage incident response
• Train staff on information security awareness

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Professional certification (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+)
• Experience in information security within banking or finance
• Knowledge of CBSL regulations and ISO 27001
