Quantity Surveyor - Steel Structures Building Systems

About the Role

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for structural steel and steel building system projects across Kelaniya and Gampaha sites.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Quantity assessments from engineering drawings
• Cost estimation and tender document preparation
• Material scheduling and procurement coordination
• Work valuation and progress claim processing
• Budget oversight and cost monitoring

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction
• Sound knowledge of structural steel and steel building systems
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software
