About the Role
Manage cost estimation and contract administration for MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction projects, based at the Colombo 5 office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates
- Monitor project costs against financial targets
- Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor contracts
- Conduct site visits for progress assessment
- Prepare tender documents and payment certifications
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in MEP field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in MEP quantity take-offs and cost estimation
- Good English and Sinhala communication skills
- Age below 40 years
